At ETHNC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, accessories, and authenticity cards are included.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
